Summary


Our company agrees to furnish passenger fully equipped vehicles and driver to accommodate the itinerary for the sum of dollars stated above. All parking fees and or tolls along with drivers’ gratuities are to be furnished by client (unless otherwise stated in the note section) of the reservation. The driver is only authorized to perform duties specified in the charter order. Any changes to the itinerary will incur additional charge and payment is due before service is performed.

The liability of the company is limited to transportation only and will exclude all losses due to delays in transit, interruption or termination of trip due to weather, mechanical breakdown, acts of God or any other reasons beyond the control of the carrier. The carrier will not be liable for items left behind on the vehicles or any other damage/ loss of luggage due to the transfer.

Smoking:

Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the vehicles. Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused by them or any member of their party. A cleanup fee of $250 may be required.

Wait Time:

60 Minutes of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time.
30 minutes of free waiting time is granted on all domestic flights from the official posted arrival time.
30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is granted for Cruise Line pick-ups.
10 minutes of free wait time is given to all other reservations.
Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minutes increments based on the hourly rate for your booked vehicle.
The following waiting rates are for each 15 mins: Sedans $12, SUV’s $15, Vans $20, Buses $30, Coach $40

Extra Stops:

Passenger requesting stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged as follows:
On route stop $10 for 10 minutes
Within 3 miles $15 for 10 minutes
Within 5 miles $25 for 10 minutes
More than 5 miles it is a full charge

Extensions:

Last Minute Service Extension: We cannot guarantee the availability of extension: It is of particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if we can accommodate other clients that booked with Omega Royal Transportation prior to or after the said time. The purchaser further agrees to pay additional charges incurred at standard vehicle rates, in 30 minutes increments. The customer authorizes Omega Royal Transportation to charge any additional charges after they have rendered services to the purchaser’s credit card as supplemental charge. If cash payment is selected, the payment is due at the beginning of the rental time. Customer agrees to provide credit card authorization from the above credit card and amount, for the event stated above.

Cancellation and No Show Fees:

Sedans 24 hours from Scheduled pick up time
Mercedes 3 Days from Scheduled pick up time
SUV’s 24 hours from Scheduled pick up time
Vans 5 Days from Scheduled pick up time
Mini Buses 7 Days from Scheduled pick up time
Shuttle Buses 7 Days from Scheduled pick up time
Coach Buses 7 Days from Scheduled pick up time
Limo Buses 7 Days from Scheduled pick up time
All stretch Limousines 7 Days from Scheduled pick up time

Refunds:

Cancellation over the grace period for that vehicle prior to the departure will receive a full refund minus the deposit of 25%. Final Payment is due before the grace period prior to departure.
Cancellation billing claims: Any claims regarding billing for canceled service must be accompanied by either a cancellation confirmation number, or e-mail.

Others:

We have the right to send you a different car in case of emergencies, and in order to avoid being late for your pick up, we will always send you the same or a bigger size so we can accommodate you, and your luggage in a comfortable way.
