I've been using limousine service provided by Muhammad for nearly 10 years now. His services have always been excellent! He also maintains vehicles that are always clean and well maintained. My family recently traveled on a two-way trip to/from IAH. I accidentally had booked a 9:45 pm arrival time for the return trip, however unfortunately, it should have been booked for 9:45 am! This mistake was my fault made during booking, however, once my flight arrived at IAH, and Muhammad wasn't there, I called him to ask the situation. He informed me that I had booked a pm arrival. He immediately adjusted his own schedule, and came to pick up my entire family and luggage. I'm writing this review to commend Muhammad and Omega Royal Transportation. They went above and beyond our expectations.
Always reliable transportation service! Even at 2:30 a.m. when no one should have to pick you up, they are there. Great driver, the best! Always waiting to take care of your luggage both ways, the absolute, no question, most convenient way to go. You will feel like royalty! Their experience at airports is invaluable, I will continue to utilize Omega Royal without hesitation.
My husband was on an overnight flight into Houston this morning. I booked him a transportation service from Hobby airport to our home and decided to go for this company because of all of the wonderful reviews..well he definitely did not have that same experience! Made the reservation online, received the confirmation email, but no one showed up. His flight arrived at 1:30am which is not a time you really want to be searching for an alternative ride home. There were no instructions in the email, no driver name or expected vehicle plates, make, etc to look for upon arrival. Tried the phone number listed as available 24/7 more than a dozen times and never got an answer. Left a voicemail. Emailed and still nothing. Waited for about 40 minutes and ended up having to get a taxi instead. Don’t waste your time.
Mohammed was great. Got us to the right terminal on time despite what our airline said. Helped us find lost luggage on return trip. Will definitely use again. Nice guy.
Mohamed and his staff are excellent and professional to work with. Traveling by myself, I'd rather be picked up knowing I'm safe with them than not knowing who I'm going to get by using Uber or Lyft. They come into the airport and meet you inside, and carry my bags to the car. They're always on time, and if for any unforseen reason run into problems, they'll call to let you know they're on the way. If you're flying into Houston, don't hesitate to book with Omega Royal Transportation!

Omega Royal will forever be our personal car service! Not only are they priced lower than most other car companies but they are professional, friendly and go above and beyond with customer service! Carolyn was our driver (we’ve had her before) and she is awesome! On this particular trip we were to be picked up at IAH at 2:30pm. She tracked our flight and saw it was early and was at baggage claim when we arrived. As we’re waiting for our luggage - an announcement was made that all ground crew had to go inside due to lightning in the area. Therefore no bags would be taken off the plane at that time. So we waited and so did Carolyn. We waited almost THREE HOURS! And so did Carolyn! We felt terrible about her having to wait. She never complained - not once! Finally got our bags and Carolyn took us home. Thank you Omega and thank you Carolyn!! We’ll see you again!!
We have used Mohammed for several trips to both airports and found him to be the best. He is on time and makes our trip worry free!
