Awful Experience. I had to call them and let them know my flight number after I booked. There was no confirmation ever sent which made me worried but they had such great reviews I figured it would be ok. There was confusion about our flight number and when I called the morning we were supposed to be picked up the excuse was they co9ld not find my flight number. They said they usually track your flight to see fif you arrive early to meet the flight. Instead of calling me to confirm the flight number and time. I had to call them. Multiple times the phone was not answered. I tried to cancel but they refused and said they would be there in 30 minutes. We waited and the drivver was extremely rude. This cost three times as much as an Uber. I would NEVER use this company again.
Amazing! to care enough to not just arrive but to get us and bring us thru the terminal to make sure we are in the right place. Amazing! Hands down 5 stars!
I highly recommend Omega Royal. Mohammed was very helpful each time I had a question, and when I needed a change made. Our first driver, Linda, was wonderful. She met us inside the airport and took us from Houston to our hotel in Galveston. On our return, Ahmad picked us up from the cruise port and took us back to the airport. They were all professional and communicated well with us. The vehicles were clean. It was very smooth! I will use them again.
Mohamed has been our driver several times for trips to the airport. He is always on time, extremely helpful with luggage, professional and friendly. Our last trip was taken for our daughter's graduation in London. We had extra luggage because we were taking things for our daughter since she is living over there. My husband was having serious back issues and had to temporarily use a wheelchair. Mohamed knew exactly how to help us at the airport when the wheelchair assistance was taking too long, helped me check our luggage, and stayed with us all the way to security. When we arrived back, he communicated with me via text while we were clearing customs and was waiting for us as soon as we arrived through customs. He again helped me with all the luggage. A true God-send! We highly recommend using his service!

I am the coach of a FIRST Robotics FTC team. We have won our regional competition two years in a row and subsequently competed in Houston at the FIRST World Championships in April. The George R. Brown Convention center is filled with robotics teams and robots from all over the world. If you're in Houston with a group of robotics kids, obviously you have to go to Space Centre Houston. For two years in a row, we've booked with Omega Royal Transportation. Their vehicles are clean and modern. Their service is impeccable: their drivers are polite and professional; their prices are competitive; they arrive on time; they have been flexible and picked us up early as we happened to finish early. Believe all the 5 star reviews. We've had the same driver two years in a row, Linda, and she was absolutely awesome. We also had Mohamed as our return driver, and he was great. Guess what? We're returning to Houston for the third year in a row, and we wouldn't think of using a different company!

Amazing service, I booked for a month in advance on accident. I called and Jarmel was super sweet about it. Was super helpful and helped me book the right one. I felt so bad the driver went out and I wasn't there. Jarmel said everything would be covered on their end and no charge for me. 100% would book them again. Can't wait to actually use their service in a month.
Highly recommend!! Our party of 5 used Omega Royal Transformation yesterday to go from Hobby Airport to our hotel in Galveston before our cruise the next day. We were concerned about all of our luggage fitting since we all had large suitcases and carryon bags also. No problem fitting all 5 of us plus all our suitcases. Carolyn was waiting for us at baggage claim and helped with all of our luggage. She had a black Suburban that was fantastic. The third row was a split seat which made for extra room for luggage. Carolyn was amazing!! Great driving and fantastic service which all made for a very comfortable relaxing ride to Galveston. Would definitely use this service again.
We have used Omega Royal several times for trips to/from IAH. All the drivers are great...very professional, reliable and always on time. Jamal was our driver this past week when our return flight kept getting additional delays (12+ hours sitting in the plane). He was so patient and helpful throughout the nightmare. Once we finally arrived in Houston we sat on the tarmac an additional 2+ hours waiting for a gate to get off the plane. Jamal texted "no worries". He ended up being at the airport for 4+ hours waiting for us to get off the plane and get our luggage. He dropped us off at our house around 2:00am. Jamal went above and beyond the call of duty and we are grateful. We'll continue to use Omega Royal as well as continue to refer them to all of our friends. Thank you Jamal!!

Our family used Omega Royal Transportation from the Houston airport to Galveston and back from Galveston to Houston when our cruise was over. Mohammad was our driver both times and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I requested a car seat and 2 booster seats for my kids and was very happy that we were able to get that! Our cruise was delayed the day we returned and he easily accommodated the new time change but when I let him know we would actually get off the ship sooner than we thought he was willing to come 2 hours earlier than the original set time and we appreciated that so much! Coming from South Dakota I was very nervous about safe transportation around Houston area and couldn’t be happier to have found Omega Royal!

While the service itself and the drivers were excellent the billing is horrible. Once you make the reservation they give you a price however when they finally bill you it is totally different from what they quoted you. Yes the quote say the price could change however they do not send a final email that shows exactly what you were charged for. After sending multiple emails asking for a breakdown of charges I heard nothing back. While I like the service I will not book with them again. *****UPDATE****** After speaking with the owner he made sure everything was taken care of and apologized for incorrect billing. Definitely a great guy and a great company. Completely changed my mind. Will use them again.

I used Omega Royal Transportation for roundtrip airport transportation during a Girls Trip weekend in August 2024. The company/driver were responsive and communicated if there was a delay. On arrival, the driver was in the baggage claim area waiting for us. And on the departure, the driver was a few minutes late but communicated he was on the way. The vehicle was clean on arrival but had glitter on some of the seats on the return (easy wipe of the seats took care of that). The previous passengers had a festive time. 😂 I will use them again for personal travel and as a travel professional, I will use them for my clients domestic travel needs.

Exactly what my group needed!
I took a group of 14 ladies to and from IAH airport with Omega. It was nice to have the extra headroom in their Mercedes shuttle than using a standard van. Our driver Mohammed was excellent. He knew his way around the airport so well that he recommended ways around construction delays and pulled right up to where we needed to be for checkin. Upon our return, he was spot on welcoming us back home in baggage claim. Helped our group pull luggage from the belt which was unexpected and made our exit from the airport very easy, our tired travelers were grateful. I would definitely use this service again, highly recommend, especially for a group.

Highly recommend! Used the service from roundtrip airport transportation. Great service provided by Mohamed. He was timely for both trips. Suburban accommodated our 5 passengers, 5 large suitcases, and 5 small suitcases. The vehicles was clean.

We had Issam on May 25 from IAH. He was early, communicative, and more than helpful with our luggage. We rode in style to Galveston in a new Escalade, and he was a great safe driver too. I'd definitely recommend Omega. We'll use them again. It was way better than a ride share, which we considered.
Transportation for a fun vacay with friends
On March 3 we had Ashraf and March 10 we had Muhammed as drivers from Omega. They were wonderful! We had 13 ladies and they were both accommodating and kind to all of us! Both these men made our journeys enjoyable and easy!
