Outstanding service. It is always a relief when the driver is already in baggage claim waiting when you arrive. He handled our large bags easily and got us home safely in a comfortable, clean van.

My team and I host an annual convention and last year was our first time in Houston. Omega Royal Transportation was our choice for airport transfers for staff and VIP as well as personal cars for talent (to take them to GRB). Their drivers knew the routes to go to get in to the back docking areas and were kind enough to stick around for additional hours as we had an offsite event. Our annual event is set to be in Houston for the foreseeable future and we look forward to working with Omega Royal Transportation for a long time, including this year!

Have used them many times for myself and family members and have never been disappointed. Great service and I like that tip is included making it a seamless experience. Will continue to use them in the future.

I don't write many reviews, but Omega Royal is great. The company I used to use for airport transportation was just getting too expensive. Wasn't sure I could trust so many 5-star reviews, but I've used them 4 times now and every time I got an excellent driver, a clean new suburban, on time, baggage assistance (met me at the carousel) - very professional service. I can't think of anything they could have done better. (Thank you Mohamed.) The online scheduling is pretty easy too.

Outstanding service and professionalism. I did take Uber before finding Mohamed and his team, but after waiting on Uber and nearly missing flights- I found Omega on Google. I fly almost every week and have been so grateful to have found this team! They email confirmation and text when they arrive. They greet me at baggage claim and handle my luggage to my front door. I use their roundtrip service and in five months, they have always been reliable and consistent in providing the highest quality transportation.

Perfect experience! Our driver Willie was courteous and flexible even offering to make a stop for us to buy items if necessary. I definitely recommend booking with Omega, especially considering they are much more reasonably priced than other shuttle companies and provide exceptional service.

Omega Royal Transportation delivers first class service every time! I used them 3 different times in 10 days! IAH to our hotel in downtown Houston, from our hotel to Galveston for a cruise, and from the cruise terminal to IAH. Their cars are new and kept clean! Drivers were on time and professional! Prices can’t be beat! Next time you’re in Houston, Mae sure you book them online!

Used Omega Royal to take us from IAH to Port of Galveston and back. They were right on time and texted us before arrival as well. Vans were both very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is the confirmation email doesn't mention if you paid or signed up to pay with card, so if your forgetful like me then you internal panic over whether you've paid or not. But otherwise service was great and would totally recommend!

Arrived on time/early. The car was clean and smelled pleasant. No foul odors or BO you get with some. Mohamed, our driver, was excellent. He drove exactly as you always hope they drive. Smooth accelerating/braking, turns, lane changes, etc.. which is surprisingly rare. I will definitely use again. Best of all, the booking is a breeze. Just submit online and you are done.

Omega Royal Transportation went above and beyond for us. After more than 12 hours of flight delays and cancellations, they still showed up without hesitation and made everything easy. When our luggage didn’t arrive, they even picked it up from the airport the next morning and brought it straight to the cruise port so we would have it in time. Highly recommend Omega Royal Transportation. Had a large group of 12 and needed transportation from the airport to hotel, and then back at the end of our trip. The drivers were prompt and communicated great! The shuttles were all very clean and had ample space for all of us and our luggage. Would definitely use again if visiting Houston! Was in town for a conference, and didn't want to deal with an Uber. I ended up hurting my finger before I boarded my plane, an having someone already scheduled to meet me (and who helped with my bags from the baggage carousel) made my trip that much better/easier. I also didn't have to worry about getting a ride share in the bad weather. Mohammed was great (I had him both to and from the airport). Highly recommend this service. Price was very reasonable and service impeccable.

Omega Royal Transportation provided us round trip service from Houston hotels to a Port of Galveston cruise terminal. We appreciated the excellent communication from corporate prior to pickup and from each driver the day of pick up. The Suburbans were very comfortable and large enough to carry all of our luggage. Cars were clean and nice. For the return trip we booked a later flight due to the unknown time that we would disembark the cruise and coordinated for a noon pickup. Cruise debarkation was much quicker than anticipated and an earlier flight was available. Omega transportation was able to shift the pickup time two hours earlier on short notice so tha we could get the earlier flight.

Great experience. Our pickup from IAH was the first time we had used ORT. We were delayed in immigration, which normally takes 20 minutes to go through, but this time it took over an hour and 20 minutes. No idea why. Our driver was very understanding. He was professional, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the process. The car was also impeccably clean. Will be using ORT for future trips.
