Our family used Omega Royal Transportation from the Houston airport to Galveston and back from Galveston to Houston when our cruise was over. Mohammad was our driver both times and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I requested a car seat and 2 booster seats for my kids and was very happy that we were able to get that! Our cruise was delayed the day we returned and he easily accommodated the new time change but when I let him know we would actually get off the ship sooner than we thought he was willing to come 2 hours earlier than the original set time and we appreciated that so much! Coming from South Dakota I was very nervous about safe transportation around Houston area and couldn’t be happier to have found Omega Royal!

While the service itself and the drivers were excellent the billing is horrible. Once you make the reservation they give you a price however when they finally bill you it is totally different from what they quoted you. Yes the quote say the price could change however they do not send a final email that shows exactly what you were charged for. After sending multiple emails asking for a breakdown of charges I heard nothing back. While I like the service I will not book with them again. *****UPDATE****** After speaking with the owner he made sure everything was taken care of and apologized for incorrect billing. Definitely a great guy and a great company. Completely changed my mind. Will use them again.

I used Omega Royal Transportation for roundtrip airport transportation during a Girls Trip weekend in August 2024. The company/driver were responsive and communicated if there was a delay. On arrival, the driver was in the baggage claim area waiting for us. And on the departure, the driver was a few minutes late but communicated he was on the way. The vehicle was clean on arrival but had glitter on some of the seats on the return (easy wipe of the seats took care of that). The previous passengers had a festive time. 😂 I will use them again for personal travel and as a travel professional, I will use them for my clients domestic travel needs.

I took a group of 14 ladies to and from IAH airport with Omega. It was nice to have the extra headroom in their Mercedes shuttle than using a standard van. Our driver Mohammed was excellent. He knew his way around the airport so well that he recommended ways around construction delays and pulled right up to where we needed to be for checkin. Upon our return, he was spot on welcoming us back home in baggage claim. Helped our group pull luggage from the belt which was unexpected and made our exit from the airport very easy, our tired travelers were grateful. I would definitely use this service again, highly recommend, especially for a group.

Highly recommend! Used the service from roundtrip airport transportation. Great service provided by Mohamed. He was timely for both trips. Suburban accommodated our 5 passengers, 5 large suitcases, and 5 small suitcases. The vehicles was clean.
Great service from Omega Royal Transportation
We had Issam on May 25 from IAH. He was early, communicative, and more than helpful with our luggage. We rode in style to Galveston in a new Escalade, and he was a great safe driver too. I'd definitely recommend Omega. We'll use them again. It was way better than a ride share, which we considered.
Transportation for a fun vacay with friends
On March 3 we had Ashraf and March 10 we had Muhammed as drivers from Omega. They were wonderful! We had 13 ladies and they were both accommodating and kind to all of us! Both these men made our journeys enjoyable and easy!
